Something Borrowed Dust Jacket

As part of a book design course, our class was asked to design a jacket for a book of our choosing. Something Borrowed by Emily Giffin is told through the eyes of the main character, Rachel, so I incorporated handwritten elements as if it were taken out of her journal. The final design with the missing “O” felt the most eye catching of the concepts and evocative of something that has been "borrowed."
